1,750-tonne Sheer Leg Crane

This Sheer Leg Crane was built in 2009 by ZMPC in Shanghai, China and the Barge was built in 2008 by U.S. Barge LLC in Portland Oregon, USA. It's Classification Society / Notation is ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) A1, Barge.

The Crane features a boom skidding system that allows the boom to be stowed in an almost flat position, and the A-frame is collapsible and incorporates sea transport braces. This allows the vessel to be transported without disassembly either by towing or on a heavy lift ship, and be erected quickly upon arrival to the job site. This feature also allows the vessel to pass under bridges to access work sites that would be impossible for most floating cranes without expensive disassembly and reassembly.

The Barge features an 8-point mooring system for five position control, in addition to a four spud anchoring system.

Located in The State of California, USA

Price for Sheer Leg Crane: USD $ 40,000,000
