WORK BARGE
Twin Float Configurable Workbarge
Built in mid 2001, this twin float work barge can be assembled in a variety of configurations (see below). Each pontoon has four steel spuds, and the decks are completely covered with 6-inch x 12-inch (152 mm x 305 mm) timbers. The pontoons are joined together with four framing platforms (ledgers) that are also decked with timbers. Each work float has 3 ea 4,000 gallon (15,142 L) mud tanks.
The workbarge was originally built to box in bridge girders and for infill work on the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge Seismic Retrofit project. Overall condition is very good except that one of the framing platforms shows rust. Plans are available on request.
Located on the West Coast
Price for Twin Float Work Barge : US$ 180,000
