This Crane Barge was built in Hungary and is a Licensed Harbor Craft. This crane is not self propelled.
The barge was originally built as a twin screw self-propelled crane barge, but the previous owners removed the electrics to the propellers to cut cost in hiring a captain for the vessel (this is in accordance with maritime laws in Singapore).  The propulsion units can be reconnected relatively easily by a good electrical engineer to restore self propulsion if needed.
