Lift-boat/Barge Jack Up System
This four point jackup system was purchased for a project that
was subsequently canceled. None of the components were ever used,
or ever installed. The system consists of the following components:
- 4 (four) - legs/rack assemblies.
- 4 (four) - jacking tower/leg guide assemblies
- 4 (four) - foot pads.
- 4 (four) - 30 hp (22.37 kW) dual hydraulic pressure units.
- 16 (sixteen) - motor/counter balance assemblies.
- 32 (thirty two) - Braden LB400 Gearboxes
- 32 (thirty two) - 7-tooth pinion/shaft assemblies.
- 32 (thirty two) - bearing caps.
- 32 (thirty two) - micro brakes.
The jacking tower/leg guide assemblies were originally designed
to suit a 10-foot (3.05 m) deep barge hull but will suit different
barge hull depths with little or no modification. The rack and
pinion jacking system is powered by fully counterbalanced variable
speed hydraulic motors through a specially designed reduction gear.
Each jack up leg is powered by its own electrically powered redundant
hydraulic pressure unit.
All items are offered "as is and where is" with no warranties,
