Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD)
This Trailing Suction Hopper Dredge was originally built in 1969 by the Appledore Shipyard in the United Kingdom. She was rebuilt in 2004 and passed her Special Survey and Dry-docking Survey in April, 2006. For unloading the dredge is equipped with a conveyor for offloading the dredged material directly on to trucks.
Other features are full navigation aids, a bow thruster, and a controllable pitch propeller.
