CLAMSHELL LOADING HOPPER DREDGER
Bottom Dumping Hopper

This Clamshell Loading, Bottom Dumping Hopper Dredger was built in the 70'ies by Drypool Engineering out of galvanized steel. The hull fitted with heavy duty rectangular fending above and below the waterline. She was drydocked for painting in August, 2007. She is newly classed and flagged.

The hopper is fitted with 60cm grid screens for debris retention. The dredged material is discharged via eight (8) hydraulically operated doors

Mooring equipment comprises of twin drum winches fore and aft. There is also an extra drum for a stern anchor.

Located in The Mediterranean

Available for Charter about June, 2008
