The dredge was produced in the mid 1980’s and has been fully restored to like new condition in July, 2010. This Hydraulic Dredge is sea and river worthy and has been pressure and water tested to meet or surpass any known standards. The dredge is 50’ long, 15’ wide and 5’ to water line. It has a primary operating design as a mining dredge.
The dredge is a self contained hydraulic dredge for sorting of large material which is brought on board sorted on board by the large separator system. The power system is both gas and diesel. The range of the dredge is based on the over all operation and will vary by job. The onboard drive system will allow for a speed of 10 knots and 5 knots if supported by a barge. It sits 5 foot above the water with a 3 foot draft. The vac system can be used to bring up treasure.
