14 inch Dixie Dredge

This Dixie dredge has a 16" intake by 14" discharge, it has approx. 450 hrs on the Thomas pump and was rebuilt with a new impeller and liner. It is powered by an 800 hp Cat D348 with less than 400 hrs and a Cat 3306 with less than 1,300 hrs powers the hydraulic cutter head and hydraulic winches. It has two (2) spuds that are 40-50' in length and a the 10' X 40' main dredge section weighs 130,000 lbs. It requires 5 loads to move and has a 40' ladder that will work flat up to 25' this dredge will work in only 5' of water.
