7.65 m3 Clamshell Excavator
Welded steel hopper dump barge. Raked for and aft with 2 towing skegs and chined bilges, comprising 2 longitudinal hulls hinged on deck at center with V shaped hopper and ram compartments forward & aft. Lined with timber and fitted with steel and timber coaming.
Access to compartments by 17-½ in. x 14-½ in. flush deck hatches.
LISTER or John Deere 6 cyl. Diesel driving 2 hydraulic pumps. Fail-safe hydraulic locks prevent accidental dumping. Hydraulic system controlled by radio remote.
The Excavator is available for purchase separately.
