The buyer understands that all sales are made “as is where is” and contain absolutely no warranty of any kind.  The buyer expressly agrees that upon transfer of ownership, it is solely responsible for the property and agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Dredge Brokers and its employees, officers, directors and agents from any and all claims, suits, losses or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from the property sold.

The Seller certifies that he has the right to sell the equipment and that no leans or encumbrances exist the time of sale and that full ownership of the dredge is transferred upon receipt of full payment.
